Product No. 750-Multi Purpose Cleaner

Product No. 750 Multi-Purpose Cleaner is a concentrated roof cleaner manufactured with high quality detergents. The combination of solvent emulsion and wide dilution range makes Product No. 750 Multi-Purpose Cleaner extremely versatile for application on a variety of roof substrates. Product No. 750 Multi-Purpose Cleaner is low toxic and free of petroleum solvents.

Recommended for all substrates. Including recoats, silicone, EPDM, TPO, asphalt based, tar, cap sheet, aluminum coated (removes oils to reduce the amount of bleed through) if rust is present, use a wire brush to clean the area first to utilize primer (297x) before coating.

Use Product No. 750 Multi-Purpose Cleaner to power wash surface once a year or at least every 18 months-24 months to ensure the longevity and highest reflectivity of your roof.
